We stand behind the quality of our guides. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider (typically 3–10 business days after we process the refund).
Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 14 days ago, or where we have reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity. Bundle purchases are refunded in full only; partial refunds for individual guides within a bundle are not available.
