Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Product(s) via your account dashboard on the Site. There is no physical delivery.
Products are available in three tiers: Starter (basic content), Pro (intermediate content), and Elite (comprehensive content). The tier you purchase determines the level of access and content you receive.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card details.
By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the full amount of the purchase. If payment fails, you will not receive access to the Product.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our Products, we do not offer refunds once a guide has been accessed, downloaded, or viewed. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
